Symptom:
Calling XbpTabPage:Configure() causes childs to disappear
Description: 
When :Configure() is called on a tabpage, the childs of the tabpage
are moved out of the visible area of the tabpage.
This especially causes problems with the form designer when a tabpage
which has childs is changed (for example the caption is changed).
Solution: 
DO NOT USE THIS AS A WORKAROUND (:setparent() causes PDR 109-2624!):
  1. :Hide() all children of the tabpage.
  2. :setparent() for all children to AppDesktop()
  3. :configure() the tabpage.
  4. :setparent() for all children back to the tabpage.
  4. :show() all children.

Instead, do the following:
  1. :destroy() all children
  2. :configure() the tabpage
  3. :create() the children
