Symptom:
Application quits if memo field out of synch with memo file
Description: 
If the DBF contains references to memo blocks which does not
exist anymore, accessing a memo field can cause an XPPFATAL.LOG or
a silent quit of the application.
Solution: 
Repair the DBF by assigning an empty string to the records
that are out of sync. Never touch the memo file by yourself.
