Symptom:
FOXDBE is not compatible to Comix RDD (DBF header wrong)
Description: 
With V1.6 of Xbase++ the FOXDBE provides a flag to create FoxPro
2.x compliant files. This new feature does mark the header correct
but the created header does not comform with the Comix header
(263 bytes padding from VFP is still there).

As a consequence the FOXDBE of Xbase++ is not capable to open/create
COMIX, SIX and Fox 2.x DBF compatible files.
Solution:
