Symptom:
XbpStatic objects should support scaling bitmapped images
Description: 
Currently, objects of the XbpStatic class always display bitmap captions
in the size these were defined in, truncating the original image where
required. Sometimes, however, it is desired to have the image scaled
to the current size of the static object instead.
Solution: 
Use a codeblock assigned to the XbpStatic:paint callback slot that
uses XbpBitmap:draw() to manually render the image in the required
size.
