Symptom:
XbpIWindow, XbpStatic should support options for bitmaps
Description: 
XbpIWindow and XbpStatic objects should offer more control on how
images are displayed. Tiling the bitmap, for instance, is not
always desired in the case of a bitmap assigned to XbpIWindow:bitmap.
On the other hand, an image displayed as the caption of an XbpStatic
cannot currently be tiled. Image display should controllable instead,
e.g. via an option similar to the wallpaper effect applied by MS
Windows.
Solution: 
No Workaround for this problem known!
