Symptom:
RUSHMORE: SET FILTER may return wrong results if .NOT. used
Description: 
SET FILTER TO does not filter to the appropriate result
set when the filter expression is negated with .NOT.
or ! as illustrated in the following:

SET FILTER TO .NOT.
Solution: 
Problem has been solved. Download the fix here. This issue does not exist
in future versions.
If this is not applicable reformulate your expression to use != instead of ==
inside your Expression to avoid the need for .NOT. or use SET OPTIMIZE OFF for
those filter expressions.
