Symptom:
XbpQuickbrowse might loose GDI resource while scrolling
Description: 
When XbpQuickbrowse displays file icons (QBROWSE1 sample) then scrolling
and navigating through directories seems to loose GDI resources.
As an effect the icons cannot be displayed anymore after a while and
other programs currently running on the same machine cannot repaint
correctly anymore.
The same applies for XbpBrowse displaying file icons.
Solution: 
Problem has been solved. Download the fix here. This issue does not
exist in future versions.

If this is not applicable,

the problem applies only for XBPCOL_TYPE_FILEICON, XBPCOL_TYPE_FILEMINIICON.
Other types are not affected of this problem.
