Symptom:
FormDesigner crashes on Property Monitor
Description: 
On usage of the FormDesigner and its build-in "Property Monitor" (PM)
the FormDesigner crashes with an internal error when the PM has
been minimized to the size that it needs to be scrolled to display
all properties and changing the XBPs by clicking in the upper window.
This does SOLELY happen on XBPs of the same class i.e. changing from
one XbpPushbutton to another.
Solution: 
Problem has been solved. Download the fix here. This issue does not
exist in future versions.

If this is not applicable, then simply don't do the above.
