Symptom:
Return of GraSetAttrString() incorrect
Description: 
The attribute array returned by GraSetAttrString() is incorrect:
the values of elements "GRA_AS_HORIZALIGN" and "GRA_AS_VERTALIGN"
are always NIL. Instead, they should reflect the current alignment
setting of the Presentation Space.
Solution: 
Problem has been solved. Download the fix here. This issue does not
exist in future versions.
