Symptom:
XbpFileDialog does not show "My Places" bar if :center is .T
Description:
If the instance variable :center of an XbpFileDialog instance is set to
.T. prior to calling :open(), the "My Places" bar is not shown at the
left-hand side of the dialog.

This anomaly occurs on the following platforms:
  o Windows 2000
  o Windows ME
  o Windows XP

Solution:
Problem has been solved. Download the fix here. This issue does not
exist in future versions.

If this is not applicable, then notice the following:

The return of the OS() function was changed to return human-readable
platform indicators, such as "Windows ME ...". Previously, Windows
ME was listed as "Windows 98" and Windows 2000 was reported as
"Windows NT". Because the file dialog implementation was not updated
when this change was made, it caused checks for the platforms listed
to fail.
