Symptom:
array operator can not set the 32nd bit of a numeric
Description: 
Setting a numeric value via the array operator leads to a wrong
result when setting the 32nd bit.
local nVal := 0
nVal[32] := .t.
does not set the last bit to true.
Solution: 
No Workaround for this problem known!
