Symptom:
XbpStatic:autosize not ignored for boxes
Description: 
XbpStatic objects with a box :type do not ignore the :autosize
setting, although this is stated in the documentation.

Example:
When the :autosize switch is set to .T. for a XbpStatic with type
XBPSTATIC_TYPE_RECESSEDBOX then this static will be created with
size {0,0}.
Solution: 
Always leave the :autosize switch at its default setting for static box
objects.
