Symptom:
XbpQuickbrowse:RowPos might get out of sync
Description: 
XbpQuickbrowse:RowPos might get out of sync under the following
conditions:
a) :Datalink contains less data rows then the browser can display
b) one row in the middle of the display is selected
c) the scrollbar is clicked so that the browser should scroll down, but
   can't because the :datalink does not container enough rows to be
   able to scroll
d) the :rowPos can then be out of sync with the currently selected
   record, which leads to the behaviour that one row might not be
   able to be marked
Solution: 
No Workaround for this problem known!
