Symptom:
EXECSP does not post an error on RAISERROR (MS-SQL server)
Description: 
If a stored procedure raises an user-defined error using
RAISERROR, the error only appears in the Xbase++ runtime if
the stored procedure only returns errors. If the procedure
is optionally returning a result set, no error is posted.

The source of the problem is that in the first case, the statement
execution will return a real error, but in the second case
it will return success with information from the ODBC driver.
Solution: 
Please ask for an update of ODBCDBE. The EXECSP command has been
enhanced.
