Symptom:
MemoEdit hangs, inserting a space + character at EOL
Description: 
Using memoedit and inserting at the second-to-last place of
a line a space and a character, the memoedit hangs and you
have to terminate the app with ALT-C.
Solution: 
This problem has been corrected with PFL306. See the Alaska Software
home page, fixes and updates section.
