Symptom:
TANSFORM @L when is numeric character
Description:
Transform returns wrong result when using picture function L where
 is one of the characters "0" "1" "2" "3" "4" "5" "6" "7" "8" "9"

For example:

 ? TRANSFORM(1804, "@L0 ######" )

will result in 000004.







Solution:
Fix available with PFL182306.

Workaround:

Do not use characters representing numerics as fill chars.
As workaround use transform with following picture and
transform the resulting string:

  ? StrTran( TRANSFORM(1804, "******" ), "*", "0" )
