Symptom:
MemoEdit eats CHR(13)+CHR(10) when pressing CTRL-W
Description: 
When there are more than one empty lines at the end of the string
(this means there are more than 1 CHR(13)+CHR(10) occurences)
the last of these lines will be cut off when leaving memoedit with
CTRL-W. This behaviour is different to clipper.

  "Hallo"+chr(13)+chr(10)+chr(13)+chr(10)

Will result to:

  "Hallo"+chr(13)+chr(10)
Solution: 
Fix available with PFL5251.
