It is very important, that you register the product as soon as possible after purchase. When you register your product, you will receive a customer ID number along with the benefit of automatically being informed about new updates and information regarding Alaska Software products. This customer ID number is required for all technical support requests submitted to Alaska Software's Technical Support Staff.

Registering your product does NOT begin your free 30 day support period. Your 30 day free support period begins with your first technical support request not resulting from a defect or anomaly of our products.
