DSP members will be guaranteed a response time of max.
3 business days or shorter on all issues submitted to Alaska Software
Technical Support. DSP member issues receive priority over Non-DSP members.
Receive automatic service levels
DSP members will receive free CDs or access to new releases
of service levels, public betas, updated PDR (Problem Description Report)
lists, code examples, and other
value-added software.
Get into pole position for beta tests
As a DSP member, you are eligible to participate in beta testing of upcoming
products. If your DSP profile is determined to meet the needs of the beta
program, you will be contacted to take an active role in contributing
to Alaska Software forthcoming products.
Get online access to your defect tracking system
DSP members will have access to the Defect Tracking System
located on the Alaska Software web site. This is used for monitoring and
referencing all PDRs that have been submitted to Alaska Software (under
construction).
