Introduction

Your Account is your access point to all customer services provided by Alaska Software. After having logged on to your account you will be presented with various options, ranging from access to product downloads to issues filed with Alaska Software technical support.

Your account

To log on your account, select "Login" from the top/left menu. You'll be asked to provide your customer number (CID) and password.

In case this is the first time you log on, or if you just forgot your password, select "Forgot your password, first-time login?" at the bottom of the login page. This option instructs the system to provide you with a random generated password via e-mail.

To successfully perform a "first-time login" you need to have your Customer ID (CID) and your eMail address as stored in our records.

CID: The CID is a 7 letter digit, with a leading A or E and followed by a 6 digit number.
eMail: Make sure your eMail address is the same as the one used when purchasing, downloading your trial version, or having registered your product.

Customizing

Once logged on, you can customize your user name and password, if you like. Just select "Your Credentials" from the menu "Your Account".
